The Future Of Food: BUGS.
Most countries eat bugs, from a whole bug to items made with bug flower. The United States is taking baby steps to grow bug acceptance and interest, mostly as an alternative flour. Bug flour adds substantial nutrients and add a slightly sweet taste.
